Default Simple Chart for Outs?

I now have by my computer a chart which I took from some book a while back, which allows you to simply look up how much money needs to be in the top for you to be able to properly call a bet. I do not recall which book I copied this from but am wondering about the reliability of it’s data and if anyone has seen or uses such a chart. Below is a sample.

The COST of the final card is at the top while the number of OUTS is to the left. You simply see how many outs you have to a win, check how much $$ you will need to call…and see if what is in the pot meets or exceeds the corresponding ammount in the table. I thought it might be handy for multi-tabling. Having never seen such a table before, I was wondering if anyone else has and if these numbers seem reliable?

Cost of Final Card
OUTS $1 $2 $3 $4 $5
1 46 92 138 184 120
2 23 46 69 92 115
3 15 31 46 61 77
4 12 23 35 46 58
5 9 18 28 37 46
6 8 15 23 31 38
7 7 13 20 26 33
8 6 12 17 23 29
9 5 10 15 20 26
10 5 9 14 18 23
