Default Omaha wrappers, 3 or 4 cards

I need some help setting up the problem on how to best calculate how having a 3 wrapper lessens you chances compared to a 4 wrapper.

Wrapper might be a wrong wording, what i mean is consecituve cards in your hand.

My question is how much worse of a starting hand is JT92 compared to JT98?

I am not sure on howto approach this problem, any pointers would be nice thanks.
