I have $200 bucks, where should I deposit it?

I have $200 bucks that I will be depositing in January to play with, and I was wondering what everyone's opinion was on what site I should deposit it on to get the best bang for my buck, bonus wise. I know Full Tilt is 100% up to 600, but I think I should wait until I have 600 bucks to take full advantage of that. I also heard it was hard to clear. i will be playin at the 0.25/0.50 NL games by the way if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance to all who help out.
