Villian is too loose preflop, decent postflop.

I don't hate a check here. Even if he's got an overpair this is a tough river call for him to make and the number of hands he'd play this way that contain a jack outnumber the overpair hands.

River call would likely be thin though as most of his hands that you are actually ahead of have good enough showdown value that he'll probably check behind. But the pots big enough to call him I would say.

If you think the odds he bluff-raises are close to negligent, fire away and fold to that raise.

I would definitely bet. He is not folding an overpair or 99 or TT.

Bet and do anything but fold if he raises.

Here we go again with the bet/fold line. I hate it. If you're going to fold to a re-raise in this big pot, then you shouldn't be betting in the first place. A re-raise does not automatically mean you are beat. checking/calling is fine if you are uncomfortable calling down the re-raise, but I highly reccommend:

Bet/ and call if re-raised.

I've thought long and hard and I agree with a bet/call.

Thanks for the replies - felt like a bitch as soon as I hit check. Villian checked QQ behind and MHWG.
