Level 1&2, Big PP after limpers

Ok, this seems to come up a lot. How do you play big pocket pairs after a 2-4 limpers in the first two levels? I've found that if I raise to 150ish that everyone folds. If I raise to 100ish, then everyone calls and the implied odds kill me.

With QQ or lower I call. but with KK and AA with 4+ limpers I'm raising roughly 8xBB. But it might be muy-in dependent.
