I think it is pretty straight forward.. several 2+2'ers disagreed with me though and now.. here it is.

I'd raise only if CO and button are tight and willing to give me position throughout the hand and the SB and BB don't like to play post-flop

I vote for call, but I really think any of the three options won't change the hand all that much.

You should obviously mix it up for table image reasons and apply {0.15, 0.75, 0.10} here.
