Default any more Miller-esque quizzes?

Finishing my first re-read of SSH (crazy how much more I'm absorbing the second time), and wondering if there's anywhere to get more quizzes similar to the ones at the back of the book. For me these are the real money-shot of SSH, and I love imagining the hands and working through them in my mind. Any suggestions?

If you don't have it yet, take a look at my avatar. Also take a look at Matt Hilger's Internet Texas Hold'Em, which has about 200-250 hand quizes along the same lines. The book has a generally positive reputation even here.
