Default he\'s holding a lady

Villain in this hand is 24/10, from what I can tell hes a winning player in the game, though he does make some questionable plays.

The only hand I can remember playing against him in the past was when he set-over-setted me, he played the hand well.

The hand before this one he made it 6 to go in the HJ first in and i called in the BB w/ JJ and lead a Q high flop, he folded.. onto the hand..

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 10 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

I think it is more likely he has AA or KK here than a lady, not that it matters much considering your hand. I think the worst hand he could have is queens full of jacks, and calling and hoping for a split is baaaaaaaaad, i.e. -EV

I typically fold this preflop unless the guy has been stealing my blinds a lot, but I am just getting back into NL. Do you fold this to an EP/MP raise?

I definitely fold this to an EP or MP raise, but this guy likes to bully and I'm not folding for $3.

I typically reraise in this spot.

The only reason I don't like a re-raise here is because I think he only calls with hands that are ahead (with position no less) and folds those hes behind.

I think you'll take it down enough to make it worth it, and you have an ok hand if you get called. 26/11-30/15 stats are very good targets for reraises preflop, I know cause I am one of them. In a game where people assume you have AA-KK whenever you reraise, this is good strategy. I don't think you can call profitably with AJ against this guy if he's any good postflop.

Fold is fine, reraise is fine, I don't like calling.

EDIT: He's 24/10, doesn't matter. He's still got a wide range here.
