Default dwwin.exe???

Anyone know what dwwin.exe is? There is nothing open on my computer right now and dwwin.exe is using 50-70% of my cpu. Should I be worried about this?

Something to do with Dr. Watson - which, like BBill said is a windows thing. I'd kill it and try to remove it from your services/startup.
