Weird network problem at EP

I was playing a set of 4 today and I ran into a weird network problem with 1 table only. I kept getting disconnected from 1 table and getting the delay so I would be able to play my hands for about 3-4 secs then I lose connection. I've had this problem before but with all my tables, never with just 1. I'm glad it was just 1 and not all 4. Anyone run into issues like this before? Also, does empire do anything in regards to refund for something like this?

I just got this on EP as well:

Only 2 people left, the river never came, I don't know if I got money or what happened. At least I didn't get any such sort of notice.

if you want to know if you got your money go to "my account"(website) and check your account activity.

Thanks for the tip didn't know that detailed information was available.

I emailed them, they put 1st place amount on my account [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] I never did see that river but the other guy had pockets. So I was only about 13% to win it so I'm happy.
