Default flopped set, tons of action 15/30

No real reads on villains. I'm not sure how many places I messed this up. Fold pf? 3-bet when back to me on the turn?
What would you put the CO on when I cap the flop and he raises my turn bet?

Personally, I think you did what you could. If I were to judge, based on the button calling the river, I'd say that CO had a set of queens, and button improved to Aces up on the turn. The play on the flop was good, maximizing the number of players and bets possible. The only bad part,is that if CO indeed had a set of queens, you were slowplaying and building the pot for him...digressing, if it was set over set, youre supposed to lose a large number of bets, circumstances like that do not appear as often as one may think. Overall, good play

I love the way you played the flop, and you cant do much else on the turn. If youre second best youre going to lose a lot on this one. However, j10 of diamonds isnt likely, and AK of Diamonds is impossible, so Id have to think you lost this hand to a set of Q's. The overcall with the button is probably AK or AQ in my read.

I don't think limping first in up front with 22 can be descibed any other way than very bad.

Well...i gave the button a lot more credit then obviously deserved. The man should be playing $.15-$.30, not $15-$30 with an overcall (being very nice with that word here) like that. I put the guy on A8 on the turn to sit there and call, and call, and CALL. CALL CALL CALL?!?!?!?!....A 10
Invite the guy to your home game, buy him birthday gift, do anything to get that guy back to your table. As for running into trip aces, it happens.
