Default Card room near Dubuque IA

Going to DUBUQUE IA for a wedding the week after memorial Day . I was wondering if there are any card rooms in that area. I know there is a casino The Dubuque Belle ( I think) and a dog track. does anyone know if either of these have a card room . or their is one nearby .

thanks in advance.

Only one I know of. Never been there, so I don't know what limits are spread, how many tables, etc.

Isn't that the Quad Cities? I played at the Isle of Capri in Bettendorf.... Nice room, nice folks, not very big, but they seemed to have a regular nightly $3/6 kill game or two and a bigger dealer's choice.

Email them and find out.

I'd tell you, but I haven't been there since the poker room opened.

Not sure what limits they spread there but the Diamond Jo had a poker room there when I was in college (94-97) and they spread 2-4, 5-10 and 10-20. Many of classes skipped classes back in the day.

Stopped down a week ago. They had 2 tables of $4/$8 hold 'em and that was it. Really good games though, as soft or softer than the Party .5/1.

I hear the Greyhound Park is looking to add table games but I kind of doubt that'll happen. Stopped over to look at the new slots area. It's real nice, and the ventilation is amazing. But given that I don't play slots... probably won't be back unless one of my buddies is determined to go.
