on the bubble: call raise or fold
Party Poker $20 No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t300 (4 handed) converter
UTG (t4650) Button (t280)</font> Hero (t1120)</font> BB (t1950)</font> Preflop: Hero is SB with 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. UTG folds, Button calls t280 (All-In) What's my play? I have about t1000 after posting SB. Do I fold and let button and BB battle it out? Do a stop and go? Or do I raise all in and try to isolate the button? |

Re: on the bubble: call raise or fold
Could be cheating, but I always call and check it down here.

Re: on the bubble: call raise or fold
Like the previous poster said it would probably be good to call here and check down...trying to eliminate the SS. I would definately not push here because if you get called you are probably up against overcards in which case you are flipping a coin for the tournament or you are a big dog to a higher pocket pair.
Just play safe here...try your best to elimate the SS but dont put your tournament on the line. |
