I would fold preflop or raise to 200

It's marginal, between push or fold. Depends how you're feeling and the tightness of the table.

I would push here. The stacks are perfect for a steal.

I don't like raising anything less than that. Sure you are >10BBs, but not by much and a standard raise of 250+ will leave you with a very tough decision if someone pushes over the top.

If the table has shown to be crazy loose (I doubt it since this is an $11 with 6 respectable stacks left) I would lean towards folding.
