Am I missing something here?

NU wins back to back on the road, beats Wisconsin and barely loses to Penn State.
Getting three from a Michigan team that has staggered in wins and losses......

I don't get it

i was surprised with this spread as well. Michigan has been playing well but so has NW. hmmm
