Having checked 4th this is probably a good fold.

But a strange hand. I can see going for the limp reraise. And I can see smooth calling so that you can collect 2 BB on 5th. But I'm not quite sure about checking on your first action. After thinking about this a while I think that checking is wrong. This is because it will eliminate your ability to make any money on 5th if you don't get a little money in the pot now.

This is the problem. The guy with the diamonds can have anything on 4th. He can have pair of 6s with a good kicker or a connected type kicker. He can have a 4 flush. He can have a 4 straight 6789 (obviously the striaght is less likely)

So on one hand, if he has any of these hands you should raise 4th because you have an edge. But if you just call and then get 2 BB in on 5th you would have made the opponent make a very large error (assuming he didn't improve). And this won't be as big an error if there is another BB in the pot because of a 4th street raise.

I think the hand is interesting because every action has 2 part. A "deception, lets check/call" part. And a "I have a good hand, lets raise" part. And in this particular hand I don't think one part is dramatically more important than the other part on any street whatsoever
