hero should raise preflop the first time it comes around.

considering folding this flop is the Worst Idea Ever.

29:1. You should call just about anything in this spot. Hell, call 72o and hope to spike 2nd pair.

Not much to discuss here; pretty standard on every street (though an argument can be made for raising PF).
