UB took my money!
I made a deposit that never went through. After checking neteller i emailed them and they havn't responded. does anyone know if UB has a customer support line?

There are no phones in Canada.
If the deposit did not go through it should still be in your Neteller. Unless you accidently deposited it into someone else's UB account. |

I love Canada!
I called Neteller they told me to email UB with the ID transaction code they provided. Still no response all day :-( UB just emailed... They are doing technical stuff and checking in the technical people and tell me to be patient. Only my whole roll in there... sure i'll be patient. |

I have 6600 in limbo or something right now; I sent them an email and they replied with: Dear Sir/Madam , Thank you for your e-mail, can I please have the conformation number(s) you received when you made this deposit. Once I have this information I will investigate this problem for you. If you need further help, please feel free to contact us. Sincerely, Randy Obviously this was of no help at all. |
