Default Stars $33, Easy Laydown?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (6 handed) converter

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

CO (t955)
Button (t5052)
SB (t1781)
BB (t1380)
UTG (t1960)
Hero (t2372)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t450</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB calls t375, BB calls t300.

Flop: (t1350) 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets t150</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to t930</font>

It would be a lot easier for me to lay this down with only one Ace on the board and without that possible flush draw. This should be an easy laydown though, right?
