Default Pokertracker stats - Is this swing ridiculous?

I know its only 20k hands but I've broken down my hands into the month of November and December. November was great in that I was 3.62 bb/100 but then December was/is horrible at -2.92 bb/100. Then you can see the overall stats over the past two months which is a paltry 0.91bb/100.

A) How out of the ordinary is this swing?
B) Do bigger swings = worse player?

Commence Ragging...

I would say that "a bad player = greater swings" but that doesn't mean that "greater swings = a bad player". It could be of course but it could also be someone playing an aggressive style with a high standard deviation.

Also, check out the BBV forum and see the post with a 117k hand breakeven stretch in 6-max. I think you'll realize that your swings aren't that strange. At least you are still in the green overall.

Since: 36541 hands, 0.84/100

I´d say it´s normal

How about -300 BBs in ~2500 hands followed by +425 BBs in ~4000 hands? Defintiely my most extreme ups & downs that I can remember.

I am new to six-max, but I can see that swings are going to be very up and down. There is nothing really that I can see by looking at your stats.

I have to say that not only is there a special forum for posts like these, but it's the best forum on 2+2.
