Default request for VIP status response

I emailed them a couple days ago asking for VIP status, and got the form letter saying they'd send me an offer in a couple days. This is what I got back today:

"After reviewing your account we must regretfully inform you that we can not extend you on offer for VIP status at this time. To qualify for VIP status, a player must demonstrate the ability to sustain high volume of play for an extended period of time. As you do not have a history of depositing money into your account on a regular basis, we expect you to exhaust your funds sometime in early December.

Thank you for your consideration, and good luck at the tables."

Is this rude or what????? Makes me want to quit making sidebets after reading this.

Why would you deposit regularly if you are a high volume winning player?

Maybe they don't care about winning so much as just volume.

Right, but a high volume player doesn't necessarily have to deposit a lot.

To the OP: What's your average MGR?

What level SNGs are you playing at? Just curious...
