Default to maximize hourly rate does anyone...

take a coinflip in the first round if the pot is laying you some extra chips, ie.

player a) raises 75
player b) raises all in
you = AK

assuming you firgure player a) to fold, and the quality of player b)'s hand will most likely at best be a coinflip vs you, do you call since theres some 100 chips in there extra?

if i have 10 tables just freshly opened and i double up here then good, if not i can start another table in sync with this set

My best trick to increase $/h is to use 80 minute hours.
