Empire Affiliate Program screwing me!

Hi,
I got an e-mail from empire regarding my affiliate account:

And then when I inquired on why I had a negative commmission for the month:

Looks like august is the same case because of the ChargeBack.

Did this happen to anyone else? I asked my affiliate, and all he did was withdraw money from his account!

your affiliate is apparently cheating empire. when he stops stealing, you will get paid.

If I'm not wrong, this IS an affiliate posting the query. One of your players has made a chargeback, which normally comes out of your commission. This is standard practice for all poker rooms. Have a word with the offending player.
