Don't know of any threads but don't cold-call a raise or re-raise with KQo.

Thanx Haupt. can anyone comment on that raise out of position. if they think its ok then can they tell me how they would respond to a reraise from late or middle position with both a cold caller in between and without one. and if the reraise came from the original raiser. thanx again guys
