Default KQ on the river: value bet?

BB is 47/7/0.66. He started the hand with only 4.5 BB and only has 1.5BB left when he checks the river. Thoughts?

I would b/f if he had a fuller stack. Here i think it's an easy b/c.

Since you are only risking 1.5 BB when behind here and villain might be spewing with his short stack, and he's fishy and will call with stuff like AK, I think this is an easy value-bet.

If villian wasn't so loose/fishy I would say this is a check behind on the river, since he would most likely fold AK or call or raise with an overpair, but in this case I think you bet/call the river because he will probably call with a lower pocket pair or even with an unimproved AK or Ax or he could just be overplaying two random cards since he is about to run out of chips.

Looking at his post-flop aggression numbers (0.66), I don't think he is firing twice with AKo or an under pair.

With only 7% PFR and the 3bet out of the blind, he has shown a lot of strength.

I didn't think my hand was good, that's why I didn't raise the flop or turn. I'm trying really hard to adjust my play based on opponents, but when he checks my river I can hear all of 2+2 telling me to bet it

The fact that he has 1.5bb left makes it an even easier value bet.
