I'm learning as well so I'm more asking than stating:

what is a blank on the turn? 5/4/3/2? Anything else doesn't give warm fuzzies given villains wide preflop range.

what about c/r in this spot? Are you more likely to get someone to fold 2 overs with a c/r here. If you get 3-bet you can fold given villains 0.91 aggr. number.

That's a good point, I guess there aren't a whole lot of blanks on this board. Even a 5 isn't so good because he could easily have 78. I think I'd rather see a J.

I didn't want to go for a c/r because UTG was too passive to bet if he missed, and I didn't want to give free cards. Granted there's no need to really care too much about this pot, but I still figured my pair was worth a value-bet.

Pretty much anything that's not a K or a Q. J and T aren't great either.

I don't think he'll fold so I'd rather let him bluff at it and save a bet when I'm behind some donkishly played PP.

My line here is usually to call the raise and then bet out the turn, fold to a raise.
