Default Blind steal with 88: this look OK?

Villain is about 25/20/3.75 over limited hands FWIW.

I'd bet the river. He's shown he can be overaggressive, even in limited hands.

One question, why did you name the thread blind steal? Raising with 88 when folded around to me is standard. At least to me...

I agree. You're not raising just to steal the blinds, but because you probably have the best hand. The raise is for value.

i'm just happy to see the preflop cap. that is a thing of beauty. not many people have the balls, but i think it is a brilliant play.

I disagree, what value does he have in betting this river? We know the Villian is a 25/20 and aggressive but what true value is he getting from betting the riv? The only plausible hands the Villian is paying him off with are a,rag (which paired) or 77.
