Default Being a LAG creates difficult situations all the time

OK...First of all, this is my first time posting on this particular forum (although I have lurked many times). Anyway, No Limit was my "thing" for a long time last year, but I have just gotten back into it more. Quite frankly, I play no limit as a LAG. On this particular table, in fact, I was running as 38/24 according to PA HUD.

Party Poker (9 handed) converter
Party $200 NL

Hero: $299.55
SB: $197.55

Preflop: Hero is MP3 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
6 folds, Hero raises to $6, 3 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $12, SB raises $30, BB folds, Hero raises $88 to $100 , SB is all-In for $197.55, Hero folds.

Final Pot:

Fold pre-flop in a 9-handed game. Then fold to the SB's check-raise.

This isn't really LAG play, it's just chip spewing IMO.

im sorry but "LAG" does not mean bet-3-betting MPTK with only a runner-runner redraw

38/24 is okish for LAG 4-handed. 9-handed it is just plain stupid.
