Re: QQ mini raised on turn
Villain calls your flop bet and then check/raises you on the turn. Smells like a set to me (maybe a set of K's). The min-raise is most likely his attempt to get more money in the pot without betting enough to make you fold.

You never gave any reads that he is a solid player so he could have any pocket pair, suited connector/cards, any two face cards. What did he call the flop with then? He could of had a set, or maybe a hand like K8s, KT..maybe even just a couple of suited overcards that he had one of on the board or anything else he felt compelled to chase. Just because you wouldn't limp utg with it doesnt mean he wouldn't. What I'm really trying to say is, you should give us some guidelines as to how many pots this guy is entering even if you've only been there for one orbit...if he's tight, that really narrows it down...if he's a donk (probably based on his betting line) he could literally have any two cards. In any case, I think it's unlikely you are ahead here, I'd fold. |
