Empire Poker bonus question

Is it possible to get a bonus out playing sitngos, or can you only get them out by playing cash games? I've been told both, but i dont wanna make a deposite until i know for sure.

Unless they have changed the requirements (which I doubt) you have to clear raked hands requirement at cash games. SnGs won't help you clear.
