Full Tilt stud card switching
I've heard that in the stud games on Full Tilt the software switches the down cards of your opponents around at showdown and/or in the hand history. So the river card that is shown might actually be one of the hole cards, and vice versa. Anybody know if this is true, and if so, why they do it?

Re: Full Tilt stud card switching
I'm not sure about FTP. But back in the day, when I used to play for free on PokerPages, in stud games when you show your hand, they gave you the option of showing your down cards shuffled, or in the order that you received them. The reason for this is that when you're playing Stud in a B&M casino, you have the option of mixing your down cards. I wouldn't be surprised if FTP uses a similar feature.

Paradise lets you shuffle the cards too.

I think FTP does move them around. I play Razz on there a lot and am always seriously confused when looking at the visual hand history.

Re: Full Tilt stud card switching
This is an option of Party and UB, I imagine most major online card rooms it is an option
