Couple of thoughts:

-why can't villian have a 9?
-If you are going to call his all-in isn't it better to just bet it out? Unless you think you are ahead and are trappnig

No way do I make this call btw.

Calling 1/3rd of your remaining stack with somewhere from 4-12 outs (probably much closer to 4) doesn't sound like a good idea.

Leading out makes more sense, but still risky.

Well I am in for t150, and the pot is, t525 for the flop. I knew the shorty is pushing anything basically and since he open limped I am going to see overs a lot more here than anything else. Once he pushes there is t785 in the pot and I have to call t260 and on the average I would have around 7.5 outs against his range, how is this not a straight forward call?

Jurollo, the one thing you have to consider is what is a shortstack doing limping right here? He obviously has a hand he likes. It could be strong, it could be otherwise. His range is from AA/KK to QJs (I had a guy limp with 56s last night). Frankly, I think it's more likely the QJs type of hand. Once you plug that into your little brain calculator, and figure out your 10 outs are probably good for the moment, due to the circumstances, I couldn't fault you for calling.

No reason to push preflop.

How many monitors are you using to 10 table?

Ok, so possibly a push is a better line here? But everyone agrees this is NOT a fold, correct? My thought in checking was this... short stack is going in no matter what, but if big stack pushes him them I have to worry but no matter what the shorty did I felt I was only slightly behind his range.

About the Monitors...
2 - 2001FPs to 10 table Party, 1 in each of the 8 corners, and one in the middle that is overlapped by the corner tables. I have like half an inch between the corner ones so I can easily get to the 9th and 10th. Ah screw it here's a pic

I don't really like pushing this flop. Shorty is calling you like 90% of the time here. Any hand he limped with probably looks just fine here, and what's worse is that you're putting your stack out there with 8-high and a gutshot against a big stack as well who easily calls you. This is a 10+1, big stack is calling with any piece of the flop for sure. Check-fold this flop, you've still got some chips to work with for another orbit.
