It looks like AZ opened at -1 but now UCONN is favored by 1 or 1.5 depending on where you look.

This can happen for anumber of reasons. Injury? Location? Rankings not accurate? It's still early. Experts can only guess at this point how good these teams will be because temas lose players every year and underclassmen must step up and fill the gaps. It takes a few weeks for the rankings to shake out.

UConn is not really #3 until they get their PG back (January).

it's all the way to UConn -2 now at my casino...isn't 3 points a significant move? i didn't know that the huskies were minus a starting pg.

Yesterday UConn opened at -7 and went to -3.5. I have no idea why (the -7 seemed about right against unranked Arkansas).

that game was odd too - UConn was blowing them out and then the game was 3 points with about 4 min left.

should be a good game regardless...i missed out on it.

Poll rankings are often quite inaccurate regarding who is actually the better team.

I sweated the end of this game.

FWIW, I think Arizona +2 is the better pick. Once again I feel the opener was fairly accurate (though I am not a CBB capper so what would I know).
