Default Scary board, is this allin on turn ok?

[color=#CC3333]SB bets $6</font>, Hero calls $6, MP folds, CO calls $6, [color=#CC3333]Button raises to $12</font>, SB calls $6, Hero calls $6, CO calls $6.

Anyone else think a flop 3-bet was a must?

Turn is a perfect card... although stack sizes make your all in a little akward.

On the whole, I think it was ok. 3-bet to 30-40 on flop is better though.

How come you didn't raise the flop the first time around?

HATE the flop play.
Raise the original bettor (I like 18 or so). Having not done that, raising the min'raise is an absolute must, as there's not a single made hand that plays that way, and too many draws to count that are getting terrific odds to race you.

Turn push I think is fine. Flop is bad.

i found myself in the same situation on the button yesterday with 55 in the 1$bb table, except i raised to 5$ and everyone of the limpers and the blinds folded.

i think i pot size bet here is good, and 44 is a easy hand to get away from if the flop comes high.

after the raise i check the flop hoping to check raise
