Default Who makes notes on hands they lose?

I saw that KaneKungFoo made notes for 200 000 hands for every hand he lost his stack with in pokertracker. I just went through my hands at NL50 and did this for the 20 or so hands where I lost >$20. It was incredibly useful. Sure normally I look at what happened, but when you make notes on every single street, it is incredibly useful. What's more, it barely takes any time. 8000 hand sample took me 15 minutes. Do it. It is very useful.

do it for hands that you win big pots with as well. see if your wins come from good plays extracting value from your opponents or if your wins come from being a lucksack.
