Default Mirage or Bellagio??

I usually like to stay where the tourney is, and I'm planning to play some events at the Bellagio Five Diamond in December.

The thing is, the Mirage seems so much more user friendly. Quick eats, easier access, and almost as many fishy cash games should I want to dive in.

Thoughts?

I'm mostly heading down for the tourney. Otherwise I'd play 20/40, 30/60 and NL.

Bellagio 30-60 has great action. So does Mirage 20-40. I've never played NL at either place. I say play mostly Bellagio but check out Mirage too if you have time.

The question isnt really where to play, rather where to stay.

Also, are credit lines transferable between the hotels?

If the quality of the actual hotel room is a factor, Bellagio blows Mirage away. I have stayed at Hilton's with nicer rooms than Mirage's. Bellagio hotel rooms are among the best on the strip.

Overall Bellagio has way better eats too, but the CPK next to Mirage's poker room is tasty.

I don't know about credit lines, I imagine they are independant. But if you deposit money in your player's account they can wire it to each other. The only problem is that they
need to wire the whole amount in your account. They will however exchange chips (up to $5k flags). For the smaller chips I think you can do directly at the poker room, for the larger ones the floor might have to run them to the main cage - don't remember.

Good luck in the tourney !

I like mirage better because it seems like a more laid back room. at the bellagio it seems like people are always running around and everyone is in a hurry.

Bellagio, and it isn't that close in my opinion.

This goes for staying somewhere as well as playing there.

The Mirage $20/40 sucks mid-week, if it's even going at all. Multiple $30/60's are always going at Bellagio.
