Default What does pokertracker define as \"steal?\"

Is this simply a raise from the button? an open-raise UTG? The instances of this phrase -- "folded to steal" and is there an "attempt to steal" are getting a bit confused! thanks for the help!

wouldn't u think if the CO and Button folded and the SB raised, that would also be a steal?
