Default Standard Line?

Villain is loose/passive, but likes raising on the turn. Shows down very frequently. Around 33 vpip, 4 pfr. Folds to steal around 40%. SB folds to steal 85%.

Still adjusting to short handed and taking a beating - is this a reasonable steal position with this hand? I think raising when I pick up the draw is standard - am i right?
