Default Limited Reruns of WSOP

I missed the second episode and have noticed that it's only come on once since then, as far as I know. This is definitely different from last year where we were bombarded by programming. Why do you guys think this is? Is it fear of saturating the market before the main event, or does ESPN doubt that interest in this year's WSOP will be high enough to make constant reruns profitable?

It also helps that ESPN/ESPN2 have some original progrmaming to air this weekend (City Slam, US Open of Competitive Eating, Bassmaster Classic) AC will be on Sunday on ESPN2 at 7:30pm, and they air 3 straight hours of Circuit events at 7pm Tuesday.

They also rerun them alot on weekdays from 11-1 central time. Like previous poster said, they just have happened to have other programming to air as well.

Seriously I probably saw the first episode about 12 times - the last 10 by accident.
I miss the original airing of the 2nd event and I can't find a single rerun to save my life.

The second show (Atlantic City) is on ESPN again tomorrow (Tuesday) at 7 central, right before the new episode (San Diego).

Be careful what you wish for...the only WSOP I have never seen again that I really wanted to was the "chip tricks" competition in the 04 series...anyone know which episode that was and maybe who won that particular event or who was featured if it was in the ME?

That was the $1K NLHE with rebuys that Gerry Drehobl won. Daniel Negreanu, Mike Matusow, John Juanda and Paul Phillips were also at the table.

These are circuit events, also. I bet we see ME coverage all year long!
