lollerskates. sorry i should have clarified. i was alluding to you being a bad poker player and likely losing 75 buyins in a 200 buyin game. it's a literary device some people like to employ for humor. it's called sarcasm.

go here and look up sarcasm

Your post wasn't funny, not in the least. If you have to explain to someone that you were trying to be funny, you weren't.

Also, how would you have any clue as to my playing abilities? You know nothing about me. I also know nothing about the OP, BUT, I was not taking a shot at his playing ability. Only his apparent lack of judgement to come to Vegas for the first time as a 21 year old kid with 15K in his pocket. But, then again, what do I know, I only live and work in this business and see young, know it all, jag-offs who really don't have a clue lose their ass on a daily basis.

But I am sure this guy who has never played live casino poker will own the rooms because he "is a winning mid-high limit online player".

Can you not comprehend that Chaos is a winning high-stakes online player to whom 15K is not a large sum of money? How about the concept of large NL B+M games existing outside Vegas?

Its really too bad that you were lying when you said you weren't going to respond again.

Ummm, yes, I can comprehend a high stakes online player not thinking 15K is a large sum of money. I don't buy for one second that 15K is not a large sum of money to a 21 year old kid.

Also, he said he just turned 21 so unless I am completely ignorant to gaming laws, he has not been allowed to play live poker anywhere.

Oh, I know, he is one of those underage, fake ID, high stakes professional poker players.

Seeing how I do at the Wynn I definitely want to check out Bellagio, too.

Maybe I'll stick my friends at the limit games. Is 2/4 the lowest they spread in Vegas?

[/ QUOTE ]

there is a 1-3 spread game at the Excalibur, thats the lowest. the problem is the casinos with good mid level NL games such as wynn and bellagio don't spread lower than 4-8 limit.

Yes, you are. There are many places in the U.S. that are 18+. This topic comes up weekly on this forum.
