Good fold. Repush with JJ+, AK. If he is really really loose, I'd repush with TT. If he raises like that almost every hand, I might go with 99. If he were a known tight player, I might just go QQ+, AK and maybe drop the AK.

No. With this hand you must fold. 99 isn't strong enough for a push over the top here. I'm in the camp that says JJ+ maybe AK, and maybe TT depending on a read.

Absolutely fine. Especially if it's me raising to 200 UTG. I do it sometimes.. but the worst you'll see me do it with there is JJ I'd say. Maybe TT if I'm feeling frisky, the table is tight, whatever. Add AK and occasionally AQ, too.
