Re: Rushes are so Great
I don't think I'll ever top the 500BB in 3k hands rush about a month ago.

[ QUOTE ] My AKs held up unimproved after reading this post against 3 opponents! Long live this thread. [/ QUOTE ] Tonite I had AA UTG, and somehow it ended up 5-way all-in preflop. And the bullets held up. Let the thread live on. [/ QUOTE ] All right I'll jump in. Today was my biggest winning day ever. Long live the thread? |

[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] Whenever I get a good rush going, I always know in the back of my mind that that means I'm going to have another stretch soon just as long or even longer where I'll be totally card dead, missing flops and having bluffs called. [/ QUOTE ] A good rush now does not mean you will have a bad rush soon... They are independent events. [/ QUOTE ] |

I'm just trying to appreciate it while it lasts. Also, to know that I need to play my best poker regardless of the current trends. |

Re: Rushes are so Great
My EP 27o, capped pre-flop, flopped quad 7s. Any two cards can win...that's how you have to play.
Pshh, and you people read books, use "strategy", and waste money on programs like PT, when clearly, Microsoft Minesweeper is the tool to use. |
