Partypoker Laptop Window/Border Problem

I know this has been posted before, but I recently got a 9300 for school and couldn't find the revealent post through search. The windows on my laptop for party poker and skins are much bigger then the table, there is just an outline encompassed my blank space. If anyone can find the post that tells me how to fix this or knows how, Thanks in advance.

Go to screen properties, click on settings tab, click on advanced, set DPI setting to normal.
