Your post actually shows how professional and courteous stars support is. Good Job Stars.
To Op: You need to learn some patience. They gave you other options. Wait a week, or, send them a check. Its not their fault Neteller is illegal in Maryland. |

Re: Poker Stars SUCKS, Paradise Poker is far better
I think this post illustrates exactly how cool Pokerstars is.
Right now, it seems the worst that PS has done to somebody is not increase their deposit limits beyond $600 in under an hour. Meanwhile, Party Poker has jerked around every so-called VIP by reneging on their agreement and failing to even notify members when (if?) their VIP offers will be extended for December. If I were PS, I'd advertise this thread. |

Yeah, you'd think PS would capitalize on this disdain for potty.

I think Poker Stars will soon be the #1 for ring game players, they are already #1 for tournaments. I think they will capitalize on the pitiful support and endless lies of Party Poker. Hopefully they will not make the same blackjack mistake.

Re: Poker Stars SUCKS, Paradise Poker is far better
Short term it was not a mistake but it will be what hurts them down the road. How many players have left Party because.
1. They lost their ass at blackjack. These players will get sick of losing a weeks worth of poker money in 20 minutes every week. 2. Think the blackjack is rigged thus lose all trust. 3. Think the quality of games have suffered because of this. 4. Think that the number of games have suffered. 5. Think this is the last greedy action they will tolerate from Party and left. People even say that when they call Party or email them about blocking blackjack their email is ignored or Party refuses to block it, That game will make them a fortune short term but in the long term will destroy their goodwill and trust in the long term. I still play at Party because of the game I play is not popular anywhere else. It does not mean I share the same sentiment I see over and over again here. As for blocking I know from Granny that Paradise will block blackjack and many sportsbooks are pretty open about how they will lock you out of any part of their casino. Why will Party not? This group even had the nerve to lock me out claiming I had a gambling problem (a ridiculous Party screw up they fixed) but yet when a player actually emails them to do something about it they refuse to do anything. What was the wager Stacysmom is talking about? That Stars will be overall #1 in x #of months? |
