anyone know if there are any sign up bonuses/promotions available for any of the above sites?

they're all pay to play, as far as i can see, so if not, then no harm done but still be nice not to miss out on anything that may be available [img]/images/graemlins/smirk.gif[/img]

They have monthly BJ bonuses but the wagering req give it a -EV

I played totalbet and uk betting both this month and they were both 25/25/500 (bonus given after WR is met).
