Default Simple Razz 3rd street situation

From a Full Tilt Razz Sit-N-Go the other day - a pretty basic situation but one I wasn't sure about:

Dealt to Seat 1 [Kd]
Dealt to Seat 2 [9s]
Dealt to Seat 3 [2s]
Dealt to Seat 4 [Tc]
Dealt to Seat 5 [Jh]
Dealt to Hero [4d 8h] [5h]
Dealt to Seat 7 [Ah]
Dealt to Seat 8 [Ad]

Seat 1 is high with [Kd]
Seat 1 brings in for 10
Seat 2 folds
Seat 3 completes it to 40
Seat 4 folds
Seat 5 folds
Hero ???

The game hadn't been going too long. This was the first hand that Seat 2 had played; Seat 7 seemed to be a bit of a maniac.

I'd fold. Your eight is rather rough, and you're up against three players that possibly have stronger hands--I'd say you're almost certainly behind at least seat 3.

If you don't have Sklansky on Poker, you should pick it up.

I don't play this game, but this seems like a fold. The raiser was looking at three strong door cards and liked his hand anyway. You still have two Aces behind you. If you were sure it would be heads-up for one bet, I think it would be OK to take one off, although folding might be better. In this case, you can't be sure about either, so I think you're best off folding.

I think the decision depends a lot on how comfortable you are later in the hand. I'll play this most of the time, but I like to lag it up early in Razz tourneys. Folding's probably a good default play if you're worried about getting outplayed on the later rounds, or if you're the sort of player who doesn't like to get involved early.
