Default broken 2001fp

link

What could cause this problem. I am not going to buy it, but am interested in how this could be repaired or reused.

Thanks,
Ryan

???

if you are implying that i am spamming this im not. look at the desktop, its covered in icons... im a nit and certainlly nits dont have desktops that look like that.

im just wondering how a monitor could die like this. a few dead pixels here and there, sure... but a solid line of dead pixels? seems rather odd.

I wasn't implying that you were spamming. I was implying that the seller on craigslist is trying to get some cash for something that is probably worthless.

it doesn't look like dead pixels to me, but even if it were i don't see what is so hard to fathom about an electronic product failing
