Default Stud Stove

As my 10001 post.

I am announcing that I will start creating a "Stud stove" tomorrow at work.

Don't expect this to be a short project.

If you have no idea what I'm talking about, google "Poker Stove"

Poker Stove lets you ask questions about Hold em. For instance, if I have AQs and my opponent is all-in. What is my EV when I put the opponent on AA-33,AK-AT,KQ

No No,
It won't be a work project. I'll just work on it there.

Andy, work is a place to surf the net and send emails to your buddies.

Not to burst your bubble but it's already been done. See "Poker Calculator". It does HE, Stud, Stud8, Omaha, and Omaha8. koti.mbnet.fi/jraevaar/pokercalculator/

Better than stove in my opinion.

This program doesn't seem to do stud well

It looks like it is just a rewrite of the two.dimes.net stuff.

I want a program that can do the following

I have AAKJ
my opponent has **48s. But I want to put my opponent on the following range. Any flush draw. Any pair of split 4s with a good kicker. And pocket pair lower bewtween Qs-2s.

What is my probability of winning?

ah yes. It does that for HE only. Maybe next version? Given that that guy already has the framework in place you could recommend it to him.
