How does the BJ deck work on average in online casinos

In a BM casino I am very comfortable plaing BJ, usually an 8 deck shoe as my betting variance flies more under the radar. I know a successful counting system, and it is profitable for me. I want to try casino bonus whoring, but rather than just play a basic strategy card use a counting system.

The problem is if they are reshuffling the shoe after each deal it is pointless. Are they dealing down the full shoe to the cut, usually 20%, or what?

Actually if you read the rules of the game on most sites they tell you when the deck gets reshuffled. Many state that they reshuffle after 10% of the deck has been dealt. I would think that would make card counting pretty useless.

Yes, especially as there is no indication that there is a reshuffle.

Those that don't shuffle after every deal shuffle after 10% deck penetration. You don't get any notice that a shuffle happened. You could perhaps keep manual track of this, as well as a count, for some miniscule added value. But frankly, how often does the count get good in the first 10% of a shoe?

Some sites seem to share shoes between tables as well, which makes it completely impossible to know when it's shuffled.

At Starluck they suffle after 10% penetration, but I was wondering how many hands can you play at one time. Can you play head to head with the dealer and bet all seven seats?

i seem to remember that intercasino *used* to show the cards being reshuffled every 10 hands or so, now they dont seem to anymore. i dont know if that shuffle was them actually shuffling or just an attempt to be more authentic, but now they generally reshuffle after every hand.
