Surprised by Vegas Rake

Just started playing in Vegas, and I am pleasantly surprised by how low the rake seems in 4/8 at the Wynn and MGM.
1 dollar at 10, 1 at 30, 1 at 50/60, 1 at 80/90.
This is a lot better than the 10% up to 5 dollars with a jackpot drop that I am used to from Michigan. And I think this rate is comparable to pokerroom.com's new rake structure.
Are most Vegas rooms like this? What about higher limits? (I should be moving up in a bit, just want to get a bit more used to playing live)
